Job Summary
We are looking to hire a dedicated Digital Trust and Safety Specialist to be based on-site in Sofia Bulgaria. This role is crucial for maintaining a safe and secure digital platform by focusing on the moderation and review of content specifically requiring support for users communicating in Czech and English.
What You Will Be Doing
Your primary responsibility will be to act as a content moderator. You will review large volumes of user-generated contentincluding text images and videosto ensure strict compliance with our platform policies community guidelines and legal obligations. Success in this role demands sharp attention to detail consistency in applying complex rules and the ability to track and report violations effectively. You will be a key player in upholding a positive user experience.
Key Requirements
- Language Skills are Essential: You must be fluent in Czech (C1/C2) for both written and verbal communication and you must have a high operational proficiency in English (B2).
- Experience: While previous work in content moderation or a similar customer support function is beneficial it is not mandatory. We are looking for highly motivated individuals ready to learn.
- Work Structure: The role involves working 8-hour rotational shifts five days a week covering a 24/7 operational period (Monday through Sunday). Your two days off will rotate weekly. All necessary work equipment will be provided by the company.
