Your Daily Mission: Expert Customer Resolution

As a key advisor you will primarily support customers via the telephone (70% of the time) utilizing chat and email as secondary channels. Your responsibilities are divided into two main areas of support:

  • User Support (Drivers): Assisting individuals with troubleshooting mobile app functions account issues managing session start/stop procedures and resolving complex payment or refund queries.
  • Business Support (Owners): Providing technical assistance for station issues coordinating equipment replacement logistics helping with pricing setup and ensuring compliance with accessibility requirements.

You must be adept at skillfully troubleshooting problems offering clear step-by-step solutions and approaching every interaction with a proactive detail-oriented and customer-centric focus.

Ideal Profile & Qualifications

Were looking for someone who can meet the following criteria:

  • Native-level fluency in French (C1) and a solid working knowledge of English (B2).
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills capable of fostering strong rapport with customers.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and thrive in a dynamic high-volume work environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • A minimum of six months of relevant experience in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry.

Important Note on Hours: This role operates on French Night Shifts. Your schedule will typically fall between 15:00 and 00:00 with a requirement for occasional later shifts (e.g. 20:00 to 04:00 or 22:00 to 06:00).
