About the Role:

As a Content Moderator youll play a vital role in maintaining a safe and positive online community. Youll review evaluate and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform guidelines and community standards. With strong attention to detail sound judgment and excellent communication skills youll help create a respectful and secure digital space for users worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Review: Evaluate and moderate text image and video content to ensure it aligns with company policies and community standards.
Policy Enforcement: Identify and remove content that violates platform rules maintaining a safe and compliant environment.
Quality Control: Maintain accuracy and consistency in decision-making while meeting productivity targets.
Incident Reporting: Escalate critical or sensitive cases to relevant teams when necessary.
Process Improvement: Collaborate with team members to share feedback and enhance moderation workflows.
Documentation: Keep clear and organized records of moderation actions and case resolutions.
Continuous Learning: Stay informed about updates to content policies online trends and best moderation practices.

Requirements:

Language Skills: Proficiency in German (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level).
Eligibility: EU citizenship or a valid Bulgarian residency card.
Experience (Preferably): Minimum 1 year in customer service content moderation or related roles.
Skills: Strong critical thinking communication and multitasking abilities.
Work Ethic: Ability to remain objective work efficiently under pressure and handle sensitive content with discretion.
