Compensation: $65000 - $80000 annually

About the Role:
A leading civil engineering and land development firm is seeking a CAD Designer with hands-on experience in AutoCAD Civil 3D to support high-impact land development and infrastructure projects across Texas. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills thrives in a collaborative team and enjoys turning concepts into precise build-ready designs.

Key Responsibilities:

Produce detailed civil design and construction drawings in AutoCAD Civil 3D
Support engineers on grading drainage utilities and site layout design
Maintain and apply drawing standards templates and design best practices
Coordinate multidisciplinary project documentation and ensure quality control

Qualifications:

4-7 years of CAD design experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D
Experience in land development or civil/site design projects
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication and time-management skills
Authorized to work in the U.S.
