CAD Designer Civil Engineering (Austin or San Antonio TX)

Location: Austin or San Antonio TX
Work Type: Full-time Hybrid schedule
Compensation: $65000 - $80000 annually


About the Role:
A leading civil engineering and land development firm is seeking a CAD Designer with hands-on experience in AutoCAD Civil 3D to support high-impact land development and infrastructure projects across Texas. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills thrives in a collaborative team and enjoys turning concepts into precise build-ready designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce detailed civil design and construction drawings in AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Support engineers on grading drainage utilities and site layout design
  • Maintain and apply drawing standards templates and design best practices
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary project documentation and ensure quality control

Qualifications:

  • 4-7 years of CAD design experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Experience in land development or civil/site design projects
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
