Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Remote Desktop Support Analyst to provide technical assistance and support to end-users. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot hardware software and network issues while ensuring minimal downtime and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote technical support for desktops laptops and peripherals.

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware software and connectivity issues.

  • Install configure and maintain operating systems and applications.

  • Respond promptly to service requests and document all support activities.

  • Maintain system security and ensure compliance with IT policies.

Qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science or related field.

  • Proven experience in desktop or IT support (remote experience preferred).

  • Strong knowledge of Windows macOS and remote support tools.

  • Excellent troubleshooting communication and problem-solving skills.
