Join as Employee #3: Hands-on technical leader owning architecture in a back-end leaning full-stack role. Drive 0-1 scaling with AI tools for transformative features.

Key Responsibilities

Ship full-stack features (Go/TypeScript) at velocity owning end-to-end from conception to deployment.
Lead architectural decisions balancing speed/scalability; establish AI-assisted engineering practices.
Collaborate with founders/customers on solutions; shape culture recruit/mentor team.

Must-Haves

5 years full-stack engineering with leadership; VC-backed startup scaling (seed-Series B); AI project experience.
High agency self-driven; thrives in fast-paced ownership environments.
CS undergrad preferred; no FAANG-only or front-end focus; stable history.
Passion for AI experimentation; NYC in-office 3 days/week.

Compensation

Salary: $180K-$250K
Equity: 1-3%
Bonus: 17.5% first-year
Hybrid: 3 days NYC
