The USALCO Master Data Coordinator will support the administrative activities related to Customer Master Data and tolled warehouse transactions. The activities include but not limited to the following:
- Maintain accurate customer master data to support sales order and supporting transactions within the order to cash cycle
- Act as liaison between Sales and Customer Service to ensure accurate price information is transferred from Salesforce to Aptean Ross ERP system
- Ensure timely data is set up in Aptean Ross ERP system for order entry as required
- Support data cleansing and standardization initiatives
- Collaborate with CS leadership on continuous improvement opportunities

EDUCATION:
College degree preferred
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 5 years prior experience within a manufacturing or corporate environment preferred
Intermediate Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
ERP experience such as SAP or equivalent
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Routinely sits 80 to 90% of shift
Anticipate travel for projects and support minimum once a quarter
Be flexible with work hours to meet demands of operation
