A small local group (11 practices) is looking for an endodontist in Atlanta. These practices are fully digital including microscopes have 8-11 operatories accepts PPO / FFS patients only. This group is offering a great compensation package that includes a base salary plus a percentage of collections and fully paid malpractice and health dental and vision benefits! This opportunity is with a well-established family-run dental group thats been serving the Buckhead and greater Atlanta area for over 30 years. The group is doctor-founded and doctor-led now run by the founders son who serves as President and remains closely involved. They currently have 11 practices across the region and are looking to build out their first endodontic program.

They do not have an endodontist on the team yet so this would be a ground-up opportunity with strong internal referrals already in place. Ideally theyre looking for someone who can offer multiple days per week and theyre very open-minded and collaborative in finding the right fit.

You would likely rotate between three practices located in Buckhead and downtown Atlantathese offices are in close proximity. Additional locations in Lawrenceville Douglasville and Sandy Springs could also be discussed if youre open to occasional travel but thats not a firm requirement.

The group is very supportive and flexible when it comes to equipment and setupthey are open to purchasing whatever is needed including scopes and stands to support a successful endo program.
