Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Designer to join our team. As a Junior Designer you will work closely with our senior designers and project managers to create visually appealing and effective designs for our clients. This is a full-time position with a 40-hour work week.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with senior designers to develop design concepts and ideas

- Create high-quality designs for various projects including marketing materials website graphics and product packaging

- Use Adobe Creative Suite and other design software to create and edit graphics

- Work with project managers to ensure designs meet client requirements and deadlines

- Keep up-to-date with design trends and techniques to continually improve the quality of our designs

- Assist in creating and maintaining brand guidelines for Flare Energy Services

- Provide support for other design-related tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or a related field

- 1-2 years of experience in graphic design preferably in a corporate or agency setting

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign)

- Strong understanding of design principles and techniques

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

- Strong attention to detail and ability to take direction and feedback
