Japanese / English Bilingual Electrical Design Engineer

Minimum Requirements:

Business-level English and fluent Japanese proficiency (reading writing and speaking).
Solid understanding of basic electrical and electronic circuits.
Strong project scheduling and time management skills.
Excellent communication problem-solving and negotiation skills with a strong sense of curiosity and initiative.
Ability to identify issues accurately and propose effective solutions.
Capability to understand customers’ needs and expectations.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of BOM management and prototype/mass production processes.
Familiarity with communication standards such as CAN Ethernet USB WiFi Bluetooth.
Experience in automotive equipment development quality control and knowledge of relevant automotive standards.
