About the Role
ALL IN ONE Employment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Assistant with Malpractice or Personal Injury experience to join our clients growing legal team. The ideal candidate will support attorneys in all aspects of case management document preparation client communication and administrative coordination. This role requires strong multitasking abilities excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced legal environment.
Key Responsibilities

Draft proofread and format legal documents correspondence and reports.

Manage case files maintain calendars and track important deadlines.
-
Conduct legal research and assist in the preparation of case materials.
-
File and organize pleadings and discovery documents in physical and digital systems.
-
Communicate with clients courts and opposing counsel in a professional manner.
-
Schedule meetings hearings and depositions for attorneys.
-
Support attorneys during trial preparation and proceedings.
-
Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with firm policies and legal standards.
Qualifications
-
Education: Associates degree Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
-
Experience: 2 years of experience as a Legal Assistant Legal Secretary or Paralegal preferred.

Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
