The Comprehensive TransplantUnitis a 32 bed adolescent/adult surgical unit. The unit offers 3 levels of care: floortelemetry and intermediate levels of care. Care and services provided: post-operative abdominal organ (kidney liver and pancreas) transplant recipients; as well as medical management of complications secondary to transplantation. This unit is the designated step down for theComposite Tissue Allotransplantation(hand & face) recipients. New graduate nurses will have a 10 week orientation to general/tele and then an additional 6 weeks to IMC level.

All New Graduate RNs will be automatically enrolled in our yearlong accredited Nurse Residency Program to facilitate your successful transition into professional nursing practice.

Qualifications:

  • Associatedegree from Accredited Nursing Program
  • Applicants with an Associates degreeJHH providesTuition Assistancetowards earning your BSN/MSN
  • Active Maryland or Compact RN license
  • BLS CPR certification
  • No RN work experience needed!

Salary Range: Minimum 35.02/hour - Maximum 52.69/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
