Your Daily Role

Youll communicate with travelers and guests in German and English helping them with booking questions payments and travel concerns. Each day youll play a key role in making their experience smooth and enjoyable.

Your Tasks

Handle calls chats and emails in German and English
Support customers with their travel arrangements
Resolve issues quickly and kindly
Keep accurate records of your interactions
Participate in team meetings and knowledge sharing

Requirements

C1 German B2 English
Based in Greece with EU citizenship or work permit
Experience in customer service or tourism is appreciated
Ready for rotational shifts (MonSun)
