About the Role
As a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist you will assist customers with their travel-related inquiries from reservations and payments to policy clarifications and issue resolutions. Your role is to provide excellent service while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Your Main Responsibilities

Communicate with customers via phone chat or email in German and English

Assist with booking modifications cancellations and account support

Provide accurate information about products services and policies

Resolve issues efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction

Collaborate with team leaders and colleagues to improve the overall service experience
Requirements

Fluency in German (C1 minimum) and good command of English (B2 minimum)

Work permit in Greece or EU citizenship

Previous experience in customer support or hospitality is a plus

Flexibility to work rotational shifts (MondaySunday 40 hours/week)

Comfortable using computers and online communication tools
