Handle booking modifications refunds and payment questions

Maintain accurate records of interactions and updates

Deliver professional service in line with company standards
Profile Required

German level C1 or higher English level B2 or higher

Must reside in Greece with a valid work permit or EU passport

Experience in customer support tourism or hospitality is a plus

Flexible to work rotational shifts Monday to Sunday (40h/week)
