Italian-Speaking Technical Support Specialist (Remote Greece-Based)
Overview
Embark on a new journey as an Italian-Speaking Technical Support Specialist offering remote support from Greece for a globally recognized technology brand. Youll be the go-to expert assisting Italian-speaking customers through phone email and chatresolving technical issues providing guidance and ensuring every interaction reflects care and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Youll manage customer inquiries efficiently identifying issues and providing step-by-step solutions for devices software and connectivity. You will document all cases in the CRM system escalate unresolved issues when needed and work collaboratively with your team to ensure a seamless customer experience. Upholding confidentiality compliance and accuracy across all interactions is essential.
Requirements
Languages: Native or fluent Italian (C2) and proficient English (B2).
Experience & Skills: Strong problem-solving mindset exceptional communication abilities and confidence in navigating technical environments.
Technical Level: Very good; comfortable with troubleshooting and CRM tools.
Personality: Empathetic team-oriented and proactive in continuous learning.
Salary & Bonuses
Base Salary: 1045.72 monthly (gross).
Performance Bonus: Up to 10% per month based on quality and productivity metrics.
Schedule
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 09:0021:00 (8-hour daily shifts).
Work Setup: 100% remote (Work from Home in Greece).
Training: Fully remote and paid; duration: 20 days.
