Customer Representative Danish English On-site
Location: Barcelona Spain
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: 39h/week Monday to Friday 08:00 17:00

Your Mission:
Join our dynamic international team in Barcelona as a Customer Representative and be the first point of contact for our Danish-speaking clients.
Youll provide top-quality customer service assist with inquiries and ensure an exceptional client experience in every interaction.
This role is perfect for communicative empathetic and motivated professionals who enjoy helping others and working in an international environment.
What Youll Do:

Handle customer inquiries via phone email and chat in Danish and English.

Provide product information resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

What You Bring:

Fluency in Danish and English (spoken and written).
