Role Overview:
As an Inside Sales Specialist youll collaborate with automotive industry clients to refine their sales strategies analyze performance metrics resolve campaign and budget challenges and deliver creative solutions that drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain strong trust-based relationships with assigned automotive clients to foster lasting partnerships and business growth.
- Deliver compelling product and service presentations tailored to each clients unique goals and requirements.
- Confidently address client objections and proactively identify opportunities to enhance sales performance.
- Manage and track the sales pipeline providing clear updates and actionable insights on progress.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Handle client communications and commercial requests efficiently via email and other channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to relay client feedback ensure timely responses and identify additional growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in French (C2 level)
- Proficiency in English (C1 level)
- EU citizenship or Spanish residency card
- Previous experience in Sales or Customer Service within the automotive industry or the luxury products sector is required
- Strong leadership analytical and communication skills
- Passionate about sales and client relationships
- Driven to learn and grow in the industry
