Were looking for someone who loves marketing knows the German market inside and out and can help companies (yes even future unicorns ) make the most of their advertising potential.

What Youll Be Doing

• Be a trusted partner to new clients helping them launch and optimize high-performing PPC campaigns.
• Make outbound calls to connect with potential customers and promote tailored marketing solutions.
• Understand each clients goals and design strategic campaigns that deliver real results.
• Boost campaign success through upselling and relationship-building your clients wins are your wins!
• Keep client data accurate and up-to-date in the CRM system.
• Handle a high volume of interactions every day with energy and professionalism.

Who You Are

• Youre fluent in German (C2) and comfortable communicating in English (B2).
• Youve got a BA/BS degree (a Masters in Marketing or Communications is a bonus).
• You bring at least 2 years of experience in sales marketing or account management ideally in fast-paced environments.
• Youre independent goal-driven and not afraid to think outside the box.
• Youre great with clients building trust explaining ideas clearly and solving problems with ease.
• You enjoy using AI tools and data insights to personalize your outreach.
• Youre curious about market trends competitors and customer needs and know how to turn that knowledge into action.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• A deep understanding of German culture and business etiquette.
• The ability to spot and nurture high-potential companies in the market.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle complex situations.
• Familiarity with GDPR and data privacy practices.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and agencies.
• A good grasp of the digital marketing landscape in Germany and how to position Google Ads as a key player.
