Job Summary
Fulltime opportunity based in the Bronx.
As a SQL Database Administrator the ideal candidate would be responsible for the entire SQL infrastructure managing SQL databases in multiple environments from development to mission-critical production systems.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of SQL database development experience(MSSQL Server 2008/2012/2016 & MySQL).
- Bachelors degree and/or work-related experience in Computer Science Information Systems or other Information Technology related field.
- Knowledge of relational database data warehouse and operational data store design that lead to support business intelligence solutions/applications.
- Any programming language is a huge plus.
- Any report writer software is a huge plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills demonstrate a positive attitude able to work effectively as part of a project team and foster team collaboration.
- Strong communication skills; written and verbal.
- Planning and time management are essential.
- Ability to model database flows using Visio.
