Are you a dedicated neonatal nurse looking to advance your career in a world-renowned institution The Johns Hopkins Hospitals NICU a 49-bed Level IV regional referral center is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses to join our dynamic team. Our unit cares for neonates from as early as 24 weeks gestation through full-term infants with complex congenital anomalies providing comprehensive services such as immediate post-birth care therapeutic hypothermia and high-frequency oscillatory ventilation. Additionally our NICU is a vital part of the Maryland Regional Neonatal Transport Team ensuring rapid and safe ground and air transportation for our tiniest patients.

Role: Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Registered Nurse
Shifts: 12-hour night shifts/ PRN status
Qualifications:
BSN/MSN from an accredited nursing program preferred. Applicants with an Associates degree in nursing from an accredited program may be considered if enrolled in an accredited BSN/MSN program within one year of hire and completing the degree within five years.
Active Maryland or Compact RN license required.
BLS CPR certification (AHA Red Cross or Military Training Network accepted).
Minimum of one year of RN experience in a Level IV NICU setting.
Ability to support evidence-based practices independently make clinical decisions and guide others in providing exceptional care.

Salary Range: Minimum 51.52/hour - Maximum 51.52/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
