Job Summary
Division: CISO
As an IT Project Manager at Euroclear you will play a key role in delivering complex multi-disciplinary projects that support the companys strategic goals. Youll work across business and technical domains ensuring projects are delivered on time within budget and to the highest standards. This is a dynamic opportunity to lead initiatives that shape the future of Euroclears IT landscape.
Your role
- Define project scope governance and delivery plans including timelines budgets staffing and resource allocation.
- Lead all phases of project execution ensuring alignment with Euroclears project management standards and frameworks.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and act as the key interface between business sponsors and IT services.
- Oversee business technical financial and organizational aspects of the project.
- Report progress regularly to senior management and stakeholders and manage risks issues and dependencies.
- Negotiate changes in scope or specifications when needed ensuring stakeholder alignment.
- Manage relationships with external suppliers including contract negotiation and service oversight.
- Contribute to the evolution of project management practices and systems development processes.
Your profile
- Proven experience in managing complex IT projects across multiple disciplines.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and align diverse teams.
- Solid understanding of project governance risk management and delivery methodologies.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture and technical feasibility analysis.
- Experience working with external vendors and managing contracts.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Relevant qualifications in project management (e.g. PRINCE2 PMP) are a plus.
