EducationDegree or postgraduate in Computer Science or related field or equivalent industry experienceExperienceMinimum 5 years of development and design experience in SitecoreCertified Sitecore DeveloperExperience in defining and creating templates and pagesExperience with custom rules and personalizationTechnical SkillsDevelopment and design experience in C# MVC and SQLGood knowledge of Helix architecture and Sitecore developmentExpertise in customization within SitecoreExperience in customizing Sitecore content API exposed to other applicationsStrong skills in creating Sitecore websitesExperience in deployment and support within a Sitecore scaled environmentFunctional SkillsExperience in banking financial and fintech domains in an enterprise environment is preferredFamiliarity with best practices in coding security unit testing and documentationExperience in Agile methodologyAbility to ensure quality of technical and application architecture and design of systems across the organizationAbility to effectively research and benchmark technology against other best-in-class technologiesSoft SkillsAbility to influence multiple teams on technical considerations increasing their productivity and effectiveness by sharing deep knowledge and experienceSelf-motivated and self-starting with the ability to own and drive tasks without supervision and work collaboratively with teams across the organizationExcellent soft skills and interpersonal skills to interact with and present ideas to senior and executive management.
