• Engage in various stages of business and technology transformation projects.

• Identify project scope and define requirements effectively.

• Create functional and/or technical specifications to guide project execution.

• Develop and support proof of concepts estimates and conceptual designs.

• Coordinate the implementation of solutions and support change management efforts.

Your skills and Qualifications:

• Master proficiency in Workday HCM.

• A minimum of 1 year in relevant related skills.

• Bachelors Degree in relevant field of studies.

• Superior communication skills both written and verbal

• Workday HCM Core Certification preferredbut not mandatory

Additional preferred attributes:

• Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies.

• Intermediate proficiency in data analysis and reporting.

• Expert understanding of business process optimization.

• Master proficiency in stakeholder engagement strategies.

• Intermediate proficiency in change management practices.
