What Awaits You:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Clinical Counselor Dual Diagnosis to join our Addiction Treatment this role you will deliver evidence-based care to adults facing substance use disorders and co-occurring challenges supporting them on their recovery journey with individualized comprehensive treatment.
The ideal candidate is passionate about substance use treatment experienced in clinical assessment and counseling and committed to fostering collaboration with families providers and community partners.
Collaborate with the Medical Director and Addiction Treatment Program Operations Manager to develop and implement treatment plans.
Contribute to program curriculum group structure and departmental standards.
Facilitate group therapy sessions for Adult Level 1 Outpatient and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) services.
Conduct individual therapy group sessions lectures and counseling for the Outpatient and Recovery Skills Programs.
Complete clinical assessments for Addiction Treatment Center programs.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with hospital state and federal guidelines.
Ensure compliance with managed care requirements including medical record documentation reporting and tracking.
Obtain treatment authorizations from insurance companies.
Communicate effectively with patients families and interdisciplinary team members.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Education:
Masters degree in Social Work Psychology Counseling or related behavioral health field (required).
Training in group therapy modalities and theory (preferred).
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Strong foundation in substance abuse treatment and the Stages of Change model.
Excellent clinical assessment counseling and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-stress environment.
Strong organizational skills with attention to documentation and compliance.
Proficiency in word processing electronic documentation and basic math and logic skills.
Licensure & Certification:
Current LCSW-C or LCPC licensure (required).

Salary Range: Minimum /hour - Maximum /hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
