The individual in this position is responsible for Child Protection Services in the Family Services unit. They are the bridge between management and Front-Line Protective Services staff while also acting as a resource within the office and community and serving as a community liaison with other agencies. They supervise several case workers assigning reviewing and consulting on cases. They have a variety of administrative functions as well as providing personnel management for their staff.
This position may require travel once or twice a month for up to two to three days at a time depending on casework need.
