Job Summary

General Summary: responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency quality and cost-effectiveness by developing new processes analyzing data and solving production problems. Key duties include creating and updating work instructions and process documentation collaborating with cross-functional teams managing process improvement projects ensuring safety and environmental compliance and supporting the introduction of new products and automated equipment

How you will help us connect the world

Process optimization:Continuously improve current manufacturing processes and develop new ones to enhance efficiency quality and yield while reducing costs and waste.
Documentation and procedures:Create and maintain process flow charts work instructions and other technical documentation related to process changes or new products.
Problem-solving:Analyze process data to identify root causes of problems and provide technical assistance to manufacturing to resolve issues related to safety quality cost and delivery.
Project management:Lead and manage projects aimed at improving productivity and reducing downtime including validating project results and preparing reports.
Collaboration:Work closely with design engineers automation engineers and production staff to support new product introductions implement engineering changes and ensure smooth integration of new processes and equipment.
Compliance and safety: Ensure all processes and procedures adhere to health safety and environmental policies

Required Qualification for consideration.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelors Degree in Electrical Electronics E&TC or Mechanical Engineering with 5 years of relevant experience
OR
Diploma in Electronics & Communication Mechanical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering with 7 years of experience

Technical Expertise:

Strong knowledge of Fiber Optic processes.
Proficient in Fiber connector termination and root cause analysis using quality tools.
Ability to interpret BOM structures and technical drawings.
Familiarity with manufacturing environments.

Skills & Competencies:

Effective interpersonal and communication skills across various levels and disciplines.
Skilled in problem-solving negotiation and collaboration.
Proficiency in AutoCAD FMEA and Lean Manufacturing principles
