PROPOSED SALARY RANGE: 25200 - 33000 depending on relevant skills knowledge and experience. The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights.
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Learning Operations team ensure the smooth scheduling coordination and delivery of training across the organisation. This role is key to maintaining high standards of service accuracy and efficiency in supporting learning and development activities.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND IMPACT:
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions ensuring alignment with business needs and resource availability.
- Maintain and manage the training plan balancing demand and budget to optimise delivery.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support training logistics and delivery.
- Manage supplier relationships and process payments in line with financial procedures.
- Maintain accurate training records and generate reports using business systems.
- Provide high-quality customer service resolving queries and supporting learners.
- Identify opportunities for collaboration and resource optimisation across teams.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
- Proven experience coordinating training or events including scheduling and logistics.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience managing or working to defined budgets and financial plans.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with examples of improving operational efficiency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook Excel Word) and confidence using business systems.
DESIRED BUT NOT REQUIRED:
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) or training administration platforms.
- Understanding of training principles and the learning lifecycle.
- Experience working in a large complex organisation or within a learning and development function.
