Why Your Role Matters
The Senior Officer PASS is a key role within the Academic Success and Faculty Engagement team (PVCE Portfolio) at UNSW responsible for coordinating and enhancing the Peer Assisted Study Sessions (PASS) programa peer-led academic support initiative aimed at improving student learning engagement and outcomes. The role involves recruiting training and mentoring PASS Leaders collaborating with academic staff to target high-impact courses and ensuring inclusive evidence-based peer learning experiences.
Reporting to the Lead Academic Success and Faculty Engagement the Senior Officer also contributes to program design evaluation strategic alignment with institutional goals and Universal Design for Learning (UDL) and supervises one direct report (PASS Student Facilitator).

Standard working hours are Monday to Friday business hours. Flexible work arrangements are available. We have an annual shutdown from the 22nd of December until the 5th of January during which the successful person will be required to take leave.
Candidates will need to have ongoing working rights this role is not available for sponsorship.
