Are you a visionary leader with a proven track record in delivering complex construction projects across the GCC We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and scale operations for a prominent player in the regions civil contracting industry.
As COO you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end project execution operational strategy resource planning and cross-functional leadership to drive excellence efficiency and growth across multiple high-value developments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the operational and strategic delivery of large-scale civil construction projects
- Drive performance across engineering planning procurement HSE QA/QC and site operations
- Ensure adherence to project timelines budget and quality standards
- Manage a diverse workforce and subcontractor ecosystem across multiple sites
- Optimize processes and implement best-in-class systems and controls
- Collaborate closely with the executive leadership team on business strategy project pipeline and client relations
What Were Looking For:
- 20 years of progressive experience in the civil construction sector (not infrastructure)
- Strong regional exposure with a solid understanding of GCC construction market dynamics
- Background with leading Tier 1 contractors known for complex high-value building projects
- Proven leadership in operational scale-up and delivery of major developments
- Exceptional stakeholder management team leadership and P&L acumen
