Job Description:
BSW Staffing is currently hiring an experienced Roll Forming Machine Operator for a leading manufacturing company in Adairsville GA. This is a permanent opportunity with excellent benefits and long-term stability.
Positions:
Wielding Machine Operator
Painting Machine Operator
Stamping Machine Operator
Assembly Machine Operator
Profiling Machine Operator
Pay Rate: $19-$24

Key Responsibilities
-Operate and monitor automated roll forming lines (uncoiler straightener punching & cutting presses).
-Set up machines and adjust settings based on production orders (ERP/SAP).
-Load and change coils with assistance from crane/bridge operators.
-Perform regular quality checks on product dimensions and accuracy.
-Conduct basic maintenance and ensure smooth operation of equipment.
-Identify and quarantine defective materials; report issues promptly.
-Maintain a clean organized and safe workspace in line with company standards.
Qualifications
-Previous experience in manufacturing or metal forming preferred.
-Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools (calipers gauges rulers).
-Basic computer skills; ERP/SAP experience a plus.
-Forklift certification (Clark 5T) preferred.
-Strong attention to detail safety and quality.
-Willingness to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
