Job Summary
We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of our core technology. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced innovative environment and is excited by the intersection of systems engineering and cutting-edge AI technology.
Tasks
- Product Development: Develop maintain and enhance our platform product ensuring performance scalability and reliability.
- Process & Automation Optimization: Design define and continuously optimize process workflows and automation flows to improve internal operations and engineering efficiency.
- AI Prompt Engineering: Conduct in-depth analysis and optimization of prompts for large language models (LLMs) to improve accuracy relevance and performance in real-world applications.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience preferably in a startup environment.
- Proficiency in TypeScript or a strong background in JavaScript/.
- Solid knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
- Solid understanding of cloud technologies (e.g. AWS GCP Azure).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
nice to have:
- Hands-on experience working with large language models (LLMs).
- Familiarity with prompt engineering or willingness to learn.
- A mindset for continuous improvement and technical ownership.
- Experience working with event-driven architecture.
- Data analytics / BI experience.
- Experience with marketing setup BI CRM and/or web scraping.
