To expand our team we are looking for a: Junior Channel Operation Specialist (internship).

What will you do:

As a Junior Channel Operations Specialist you will be responsible for:

Regular reporting on channel KPIs and ensuring underlying data quality

Partner performance monitoring and analysis: evaluation of productivity conversion rates growth retention and forecasting.

Partner management operational support incl. contract and documentation management.

Alignment with sales marketing and finance teams: collaboration to optimize end-to-end processes (from lead to renewal).

Skills and requirements:

Advanced Excel and/or Power BI knowledge in building reports dashboards and forecasting models.

Understanding of Software-as-a-Service and software vendor business models

Experience with sales process automation or CRM optimization

Clear and professional communication: both written and verbal in Italian and English (additional European languages are a plus)
