About the job
Advantra is partnering with a global enterprise technology organization in Phoenix to hire a Program Manager to oversee business intelligence service operations and incident management programs across multiple teams.
About the role
You will manage technology and business initiatives that span BI reporting functional testing and ServiceNow-based operations. The role involves coordinating program activities managing incidents improving processes and ensuring delivery against timelines and compliance requirements. You will collaborate with engineering operations and analytics teams to deliver stable and efficient systems.
Responsibilities
  1. Oversee multiple programs focused on BI service operations and testing.
  2. Manage incident tracking and escalation through ServiceNow.
  3. Coordinate release schedules and dependencies across teams.
  4. Define and track key performance and quality metrics.
  5. Support functional testing and ensure release readiness.
  6. Partner with business units to define requirements and delivery plans.
  7. Drive continuous improvement in process efficiency and data visibility.
  8. Prepare and deliver regular status reports to leadership.
  9. Ensure compliance with governance and change management policies.
Core requirements
  1. 6 years of experience in program or project management.
  2. Proven experience with ServiceNow for incident and change management.
  3. Familiarity with BI tools and dashboard reporting workflows.
  4. Experience coordinating testing and deployment activities.
  5. Strong organizational and stakeholder communication skills.
  6. Experience managing technology programs in enterprise environments.
  7. Ability to manage priorities across multiple workstreams.
  8. Understanding of IT service management and governance frameworks.
  9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  10. Bachelors degree in Business Information Systems or related field.
Nice to have
  1. Experience with Power BI Tableau or similar analytics tools.
  2. Knowledge of ITIL or service management certification.
  3. Experience managing technology operations or infrastructure programs.
  4. Familiarity with ServiceNow reporting and workflow automation.
  5. Experience in large-scale enterprise or regulated environments.
