Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

3D Modeling & Design: Create and modify detailed 3D models and 2D drawings of automotive components and sub-assemblies using CATIA V5.
R&D Support: Contribute to R&D projects by developing innovative design solutions conducting feasibility studies and supporting new product development.
Documentation & Standards: Ensure designs comply with required standards including the application of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
Collaboration: Coordinate with prototyping manufacturing and analysis teams to ensure designs meet quality performance and manufacturability (DFM) requirements.
Design Management: Maintain and manage design documentation revisions and the Bill of Materials (BOM).

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering.
1 to 2 years of experience in design engineering preferably within the automotive sector.
Mandatory hands-on expertise in CATIA V5 (Part Design Assembly Design Drafting).
Strong foundation in engineering principles materials science and manufacturing processes.
