We are looking for an experienced Staff Software Engineer (IC4) to join our clients high-performing engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering with hands-on expertise in designing and delivering AI/ML-driven systems cloud-based applications and scalable enterprise solutions.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers and Architects to drive innovation ensure system scalability and deliver impactful solutions across global cloud environments.

Communication

• Clearly articulate technical perspectives during discussions with Product Managers Architects and cross-functional teams.

Analysis

• Break down business requirements into actionable technical components.

• Maintain story hygiene and ensure backlog readiness for implementation.

Solutioning

• Collaborate with architects to validate feasibility and refine technical requirements.

• Identify gaps and proactively engage with stakeholders to resolve them.

Execution

• Translate solution designs into high-quality deliverables.

• Perform code reviews ensure design alignment and maintain coding standards.

• Represent the team in periodic stakeholder discussions.

Post Go-Live Support

• Manage hypercare and post go-live stabilization efforts.

• Triage incidents track resolutions and drive performance improvements.

• Experience: 4-7 years in software engineering including 3 5 years in AI/ML system design and delivery.

• Strong expertise in Java or Python OOP design patterns and time/space-efficient algorithms.

• Hands-on experience evaluating and deploying ML models in cloud environments.

• Solid understanding of data architecture APIs and distributed systems.

• Familiarity with ServiceNow Platform including scripting integrations ACLs Flow Designer and Now Assist (preferred).

• Proven ability to deliver independently with minimal supervision and manage stakeholder communications effectively.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related technical discipline.
