About the Role:
We are seeking a GoHighLevel Automation Specialist to design implement and optimize automated workflows that streamline marketing CRM and client management processes. This is a part-time project-based role ideal for someone experienced with GoHighLevel (GHL) who can deliver efficient automation setups and integrations with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Build customize and optimize GoHighLevel automation workflows for lead generation client onboarding sales funnels and follow-up campaigns.
Develop and maintain triggers pipelines and automations across CRM email SMS and calendar systems.
Set up and test campaigns funnels landing pages and forms to ensure accurate lead capture and conversion tracking.
Collaborate with marketing sales and operations teams to map and refine processes for automation.
Monitor performance metrics and troubleshoot automation issues or campaign errors.
Provide documentation and training on newly implemented workflows or systems.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Proven experience working with GoHighLevel CRM (required).
Strong understanding of marketing automation CRM management and sales funnels.
Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms landing page design and lead generation strategies.
Excellent attention to detail organization and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.
