Part-Time Palliative APRN Opportunity
Foundation Community Care Part of Foundation Medical Partners / Southern New Hampshire Health

Foundation Community Care a member of Southern New Hampshire Health is currently seeking aPart-Time Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)to join our Palliative Care team.

Position Details:

This will be 50% Inpatient and 50% Outpatient

Schedule:2024 hours per week
- Flexible options: Three 8-hour days or two 8-hour days and one 4-hour day
Location:On-site only; remote work is not available for this role

Qualifications:

Minimum of 12 years of clinical experience inPrimary CareInternal Medicine orHospiceis required
