As a Painter with Servpro you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of service is provided to all customers and clients! In this role you will manage a wide range of functions on all construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply paint and other coatings to drywall and other surfaces
- Sand down or clean surfaces before applying paint
- Patch walls and perform other prep tasks as necessary
- Assist with mixing paint colors
- Set up and take down scaffolding for larger jobs
- Assist with drywall hanging
- Clean spray nozzles brushes and all other equipment at the end of your shift
Position Requirements
- High school diploma/GED
- Previous construction management experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to meet established production goals and maintain profitability
- Effective written and oral communication
Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies
- Exposure to extreme conditions such as heat
- Ability to walk and/or stand for long periods of times (i.e. driving sitting climbing)
- Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
