CALNET has a need for a Senior Systems Analyst to assist with an IT Services Management Contract with NSWC in Dahlgren this position you will
Seven (7) years of professional experience in relation to implementation of business and technical requirements; analyzing; planning and development; application testing; and database management support. Qualified experience in Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) and enterprise architecture tools such as IBMs System Architect. This position is required to be designated as IAT III level with a Secret Clearance
Job Requirements
7 years of Professional experience in the DoD or Navy Information Technology (IT)
Bachelors Degree
CASP CE or CCNP or CISA or CISSP (or Associate)
Secret or Top-Secret Clearance

About the Job
CALNET has a need for a Senior Systems Analyst to assist with an IT Services Management Contract with NSWC in Dahlgren this position you will
- Analyze and translate technical requirements into system specifications and documentation ensuring alignment with DoD standards and mission needs.
- Develop and maintain DoDAF-compliant architecture models using enterprise tools to support system design integration and lifecycle planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsincluding developers engineers and stakeholdersto define and refine system capabilities interfaces and data flows.
- Perform application and system testing validate functionality and support troubleshooting efforts to ensure quality and compliance with security and performance requirements.
- Support data management tasks including database design query optimization and ongoing data integrity checks to ensure reliable system performance and reporting
