What YOU will do

• Lead multiple small to mid-size programsor a few large complex initiativesfrom inception to completion ensuring delivery against scope schedule and budget commitments.
• Drive accountability across internal teams and vendors ensuring alignment with program goals.
• Serve as the primary customer interface building strong relationships and translating customer needs into actionable program goals.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle including proposal development bid strategy commercial modeling and leading contract negotiations to align with company objectives.
• Own program Profit & Loss (P&L) accountability forecasting and performance reportingdriving the team to meet or exceed business case and financial targets.
• Guide cross-functional teams and vendors fostering collaboration mitigating risks and ensuring that milestones are achieved with excellence.
• Play a key role in strategic planning and long-range forecasting supporting leadership in shaping business strategy and identifying growth opportunities.
• Travel up to 25% within the region and occasionally on short notice.

Qualifications YOU Must Have

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project and/or program management.
• Prior experience with change and risk management practices.
• Prior experience with Microsoft Office 365 MS Project and/or Smartsheet.

Qualifications WE Prefer

• Fluency in Spanish (written and verbal)
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Project Management Engineering or related field.
• 8 years of program management experience with strong P&L ownership.
• Experience in proposal development contract negotiation and commercial management.
• Prior leadership experience managing a small team of individual contributors.
• MBA or relevant masters degree.
• Experience in Airports Aviation or the Travel industry.

The salary range for this role is 112000 USD - 224000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including but not limited to individual performance business unit performance and/or the companys performance.
