UW Medicine Primary Care is seeking a primary care scope internal medicine physician in conjunction with the Department of Medicine Division of General Internal Medicine.
This opening is for full-time Primary Care practice at our Mountlake Terrace clinic just north of Seattle.

Candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible. Successful candidate will be appointed as a Clinical Instructor through the UW School of Medicine.

Clinical Instructors hold annual appointments that align with a 12-month service period (July 1-June 30) and may be reappointed to subsequent annual terms. Faculty with 12-month service periods are paid for 11 months of service over a 12-month period (July-June) meaning the equivalent of one month is available for paid time addition to providing primary care this role will include some clinical teaching responsibilities.
Base salary for this position will be $18423 per month ($221079 per annum) commensurate with experience and qualifications or as mandated by a U.S Department of Labor prevailing wage determination. Please note that only compensation provided by the University is included in University benefit determination and calculations. Compensation provided by UW Physicians (UWP) provides eligibility for separate benefits offered by that organization.
Other compensation associated with this position includes a minimum guaranteed incentive for the first two years of $13000 per quarter ($52000 per annum) through UW incentive is based on both production and quality metrics with guaranteed incentive pay being based on achieving up to the 45thpercentile of production during the period of record; should the provider exceed this level of production they will receive the higher productivity earned incentive instead.
