What Youll Do

• Conduct market and industry research to support M&A strategy and explore potential acquisition targets
• Research and evaluate acquisition targets that fit within the scope of the clients acquisition strategy
• Conduct direct outreach including calls emails and mail to generate deal conversations with executives and senior leadership
• Input maintain and update target and prospect data within the CRM system to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Develop compelling marketing materials (letters teasers pitch decks etc.)
• Participate in introductory conversations with business owners and clients capturing key details needs and goals
• Initiate manage and organize financial and organizational diligence items
• Analyze and interpret financial statements
• Respond to client and target inquiries with professionalism and urgency
• Assist in training and guiding interns

What You Bring

• Bachelors degree in finance accounting economics or related field
• 13 years of M&A consulting public accounting or finance experience
• Strong communication skills including comfort with outbound calls
• High attention to detail and organizational ability
• Proficiency in Excel PowerPoint and Word (plus an eagerness to master new tools)
• Ability to prioritize multitask and work well under deadlines
• Strong team player mentalitycollaborative and positive
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future
