Job Summary
Overture Home Care provides professional RN-delegated home care to seniors and individuals who value comfort dignity and independence. We are seeking skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Weatherford team and deliver exceptional in-home care.
Position Overview
As a Licensed CNA you will provide hands-on personal care and supportive services under RN delegation. This position is ideal for CNAs who are dependable professional and passionate about enhancing the quality of life for clients in their homes.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care including bathing grooming and dressing
- Support mobility transfers and exercises as directed
- Work with patients of all types including Alzheimers / Dementia patients stroke patients and hospice patients
- Monitor and report client condition changes to the office or case manager
- Perform light housekeeping meal preparation and errands as needed
- Offer companionship and promote a safe comfortable home environment

- Current CNA license in the State of Texas (required)
- Minimum of 6 months of caregiving or CNA experience
- Must be able to provide care within a 30 mile radius of your home
- Must be reliable compassionate and professional
- Must Complete a TB test or Chest X-Ray
- Must have reliable transportation valid drivers license and active auto insurance
- Ability to pass a background check including an arrest record and report
- Must work a minimum of 1 shift a week
