Position Overview:The Manager of the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) is responsible for leading clinical operations team performance and patient outcomes within a high-acuity step-down setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day PCU operations and clinical staff workflow
Ensure delivery of high-quality safe and patient-centered care
Maintain regulatory and accreditation compliance
Partner with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize care coordination
Manage staffing resource allocation budgeting and departmental KPIs
Implement performance improvement and patient outcome initiatives

Qualifications:

Active RN license in Florida or Compact state
Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in PCU or telemetry setting
Bachelors degree required; Masters preferred
