MAIN JOB OBJECTIVE

Receive disburse and process all transactions in accordance with the Company policy and protocol while providing outstanding customer service to the Michael Kors customer.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The responsibilities of this role are included in 2 areas :

1. Operations

Compute and record totals of transactions

Assist with counting cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure that float amounts are correct and all registers contain adequate change

Issue receipts refunds credits or change due to customers

Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas

2. Customer Service

Provide the highest level of customer service by greeting each customer in a warm and friendly manner

Respond to customer questions and concerns quickly and effectively as well as ensuring customer satisfaction

Provide customers with information on procedures or store policies

REQUIREMENTS

Experience of retail and cash management

Able to work as a team member

Excellent personal organizational skills with attention of detail and accuracy

Able to work under pressure and to thrive in a fast-paced challenging environment

Able to work on different tasks easily Multi-tasking

Able and willing to deliver an exceptional customer service
