Occupational Health EMT - 2ND SHIFT
Scheduled Hours:
Shift hoursMonday through Friday 3PM-11:30PM M-F with occasional Saturday work and rotating call for weekends and holidays or as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Administer first-aid treatment and life-support care to sick or injured persons.
- Perform emergency clinical diagnostic and treatment procedures.
- Observe record and report to physician/RN the patients condition or injury the treatment provided and reactions to drugs and treatment.
- Assess nature and extent of illness or injury to establish and prioritize medical procedures.
- Comfort and reassure patients.
- Provide ongoing treatment to employees
- Work with employees and managers regarding ergonomic improvements
- Perform Drug/Alcohol screening
- Conduct Hearing Testing on Team Member
- Courteous and professional at all times
- Work closely with the Safety Department
- And any other duties as reasonably associated with the above assigned duties
- All other duties as assigned
Requirements:The right candidate must have world class customer service skills be a team player work well under pressure able to work in a fast-paced environment identify and finish goals on time follow company policies willing to work with people with different cultures willing to work Saturdays as needed willing to work on 2nd shift or cover any other shift when have a current EMT certification in the state of Nebraska.
