Queenstown Central Shopping Centre is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead dynamic campaigns exciting events and build strong community engagement. This is a part-time role (30 hours per week) and is based on site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan that elevates Queenstown Centrals profile as the regions premier food and fashion destination.
  • Lead all marketing activities including campaigns events digital strategy PR and stakeholder engagement.
  • Deliver seasonal promotions food-focused activations fashion showcases and community events that drive foot traffic and sales.
  • Manage the marketing budget with creativity and accountability.
  • Collaborate with design and social media agencies to create compelling content that reflects our brand.
  • Build strong relationships with retailers customers and local community partners.
  • Stay connected with marketing professionals across NZ to share insights and best practices.
  • Contribute to budgeting reporting and long-term planning for the Centre.

Qualifications :

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing (or similar).
  • 3 years of successful marketing experience ideally in retail.
  • Proficiency in WordPress Mailchimp Microsoft Office and social media platforms (Facebook Instagram).
  • Experience with Google Analytics Google My Business and Photoshop or Canva is a plus.
  • Strong content and copywriting skills.
  • Excellent time management attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • A passionate self-motivated personality who thrives in a small collaborative team.
  • Ability to think outside the box and deliver creative solutions within budget constraints.
