Expected hours : 30 hours per week
Qualifications :
Requirements
- Full Australian working rights
- Good communication skills attitude and a team player
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience and/or completed relevant hospitality studies
- Ability to keep cool under pressure
- Understanding of good hygiene practices
- Positive attitude
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent grooming standards
- Passion for providing an exceptional dining experience
Preferred Requirements:
- Formal hospitality studies completed
- Food safety supervisor certificate
- Expertise with fresh pasta making
- Prior pastry experience
- Woodfire cooking experience
- Butchery experience
- Proficiency in Italian cuisine
- Venue opening experience
