Job Summary
YOUR MISSION:
As a Working Student (f/m/d) in the Agent Architect Team at Parloa youll support our mission to revolutionize customer service with AI Agents. Youll work closely with our Agent Architects to ensure smooth project execution from documentation and quality assurance to process optimization and coordination.
Your focus will be on administrative operational and organizational tasks that keep the team running efficiently. Youll gain hands-on experience in how conversational AI projects are delivered to enterprise clients while developing a strong understanding of both AI and SaaS project management.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Support the Agent Architect team in project coordination scheduling and documentation.
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of internal resources (e.g. best practice docs checklists project templates).
- Help track project progress and deliverables ensuring deadlines and customer expectations are met.
- Manage internal tools and systems (e.g. Jira Notion Slack etc.) to support project workflows.
- Assist in data organization and reporting including preparing presentations and status updates for internal stakeholders.
- Support quality assurance by testing conversational flows validating integrations and reviewing agent responses.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Forward Deployed Engineer Partner Engagement Managers and Product teams.
- Contribute ideas to improve operational processes documentation quality and team efficiency.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Youre currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters program ideally in Business Administration Linguistics Cognitive Science Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
- Interest in AI technology and customer experience no coding required but curiosity is a must.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with tools like Google Workspace Jira Notion or Excel is a plus.
- Fluent in English (German is a big plus).
